Spicy Garlic Asian Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • Olive Oil or vegetable oil
  • 2 Lbs Chicken Breast
  • 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 1/4 tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce more or less depending on desired level of spicy
  • 1 tbsp Garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Sesame Oil
  • Green onions optional
  • Sesame seeds optional

Instructions
 

  • Make the sauce. Mix the soy sauce, minced garlic, garlic chili sauce, ginger, sesame oil and brown sugar into a small bowl and set aside
  • Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces
  • Set the stove to medium heat. Coat the bottom of a large skillet with olive oil
  • Place chicken in skillet until thoroughly cooked, stirring occasionally
  • Pour the sauce over the chicken. Ensure to coat all the chicken
  • Continue to stir occasionally. Once the sauce has thickened remove it from the heat
  • Serve over rice
  • Top with green onions and sesame seeds and enjoy!
