Chili Garlic Sauce
more or less depending on desired level of spicy

Instructions
Make the sauce. Mix the soy sauce, minced garlic, garlic chili sauce, ginger, sesame oil and brown sugar into a small bowl and set aside
Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces
Set the stove to medium heat. Coat the bottom of a large skillet with olive oil
Place chicken in skillet until thoroughly cooked, stirring occasionally
Pour the sauce over the chicken. Ensure to coat all the chicken
Continue to stir occasionally. Once the sauce has thickened remove it from the heat
Serve over rice
Top with green onions and sesame seeds and enjoy!
